| Option | Starts at | How it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Essential item rate | $79 | Per-item starting rate. A separate visit still has a $135 minimum order. |
| Home Revival | $199 | Eligible multi-piece work, with scope and treatments confirmed by photo. |
| Full Restore | $349 | Larger agreed work. Multiple pieces and add-ons are quoted; no unlimited items. |
Final price varies with size, material, condition, treatment and access. Starting prices are not a fixed quote or a maximum job price.
What the starting prices mean
Essential starts at $79 as an item rate, with the $135 service-order minimum still applying. Home Revival starts at $199 for eligible multi-piece work. Full Restore starts at $349 for a larger agreed scope. These are starting points for a photo quote, not fixed prices for every sofa or a ceiling on the total job.
Why one sofa can cost more than another
Size, cushion count, reclining or chaise sections, fabric restrictions and condition affect the work. A recent visible spill and a repeated pet accident deep in cushion filling are different problems. Include the back and any ottoman if you want them assessed; the quote should state which pieces and treatments are included.
A clear example of the minimum
If a small item qualifies for a $79 starting rate and is the only item on the visit, the service order still starts at $135. Adding another suitable piece may make the visit better value, but the combined quote is assessed from the pieces rather than calculated from a blanket rate. Ask which combination fits your needs.
What to send for a useful quote
Send a photo of the couch and your ZIP code. We can then explain the scope and proposed price before you book; any material issue noticed during inspection should be discussed before cleaning.
How to compare quotes fairly
Compare the total visit price, included surfaces, cushions, odor treatment, access conditions and expected drying. A low headline item price alone may not show the cost of the visit. Ask what is outside the quote, and choose a plan that sets realistic expectations for wear and permanent staining.
