This policy explains what information we collect when you use luxfurniturecleaning.com or contact us for a quote, and how we handle it. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to give you a quote and do the job, and we never sell your information.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the quote form, call, text or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, the type of furniture, any photos you send, and your message.
• Automatic website data. Like most websites, we collect basic, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to understand traffic and improve the site. This is handled by privacy-focused analytics and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

• To prepare and send you a price quote and schedule your cleaning.
• To contact you about your request, appointment or a follow-up.
• To improve our website and services.
• To measure and, where applicable, advertise our services.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use the following third-party tools:

We keep quote and customer details only as long as needed to serve you and for normal business records, then delete or archive them.
