| Option | Starts at | How it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Essential item rate | $79 | Per-item starting rate. A separate visit still has a $135 minimum order. |
| Home Revival | $199 | Eligible multi-piece work, with scope and treatments confirmed by photo. |
| Full Restore | $349 | Larger agreed work. Multiple pieces and add-ons are quoted; no unlimited items. |
Final price varies with size, material, condition, treatment and access. Starting prices are not a fixed quote or a maximum job price.
Item rates and visit minimums
An Essential item starting rate of $79 can be useful when combining pieces, but it does not override the $135 minimum for the service order. A chair, sofa, recliner and sectional are not interchangeable units. Send an overview of all the pieces you want cleaned so the scope can be priced together.
Packages are starting points
Home Revival starts at $199 for eligible work, and Full Restore starts at $349 for a larger quoted scope. Item size, material and extra treatments still matter. Packages do not mean unlimited furniture, guaranteed complete stain removal or automatic inclusion of every mattress and vehicle in the household.
Fabric and condition affect the work
Delicate fabrics, unstable dyes, heavy soil and previous products can change suitability and treatment. Leather cleaning has different requirements from fabric upholstery and does not include repair or recoloring. On-site area rugs are assessed separately from installed carpet, which we do not clean.
Decide which items to combine
A sofa and armchair, several dining chairs or a suitable mattress added to a furniture visit may be worth quoting together. List your priorities first. If the budget is limited, ask which items and concerns can be addressed within the agreed scope rather than expecting a whole-home result from a single-item price.
Check the final scope before booking
Your quote should identify the pieces, included treatment and total price. Tell us about access, city or ZIP, and time constraints during the quote. Ask about drying and any stain limitations. We discuss changes that arise from material inspection before going ahead with extra work.
