Which pieces can be included?
A visit can include a single sofa, a group of upholstered dining chairs, an armchair and ottoman, or several pieces in the same room. Tell us about removable cushions, a chaise, recliners and any pieces you want to add. We quote the actual furniture rather than assuming that every item takes the same work.
The method starts with the material
We assess the fabric, prior cleaning and visible condition before choosing a suitable approach. Hot-water extraction is used when appropriate; a cleaning code alone is not permission to use every water-based method. Some delicate, damaged or restricted materials may need a different specialist.
What happens during cleaning?
We confirm the agreed pieces and problem spots, inspect a discreet area and explain what can realistically improve. Suitable pre-treatment and cleaning address body oils, everyday soil and accessible stains. We check the finished work with you and discuss drying before you use the furniture again.
Set expectations for stains and drying
Cleaning can improve soil and many marks, but it cannot replace missing dye, fix worn fabric or guarantee removal of every old stain. Drying depends on the material, cushion filling, amount of treatment and airflow. Keep people and pets off damp furniture until it is fully dry; we will explain what to expect for your pieces.
Pricing and a visit that fits your needs
The minimum service order is $135. Send all requested items together so we can confirm suitable work and the total price. Package starting rates apply to eligible work, with size, material and treatments assessed individually.
| Option | Starts at | How it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Essential item rate | $79 | Per-item starting rate. A separate visit still has a $135 minimum order. |
| Home Revival | $199 | Eligible multi-piece work, with scope and treatments confirmed by photo. |
| Full Restore | $349 | Larger agreed work. Multiple pieces and add-ons are quoted; no unlimited items. |
Final price varies with size, material, condition, treatment and access. Starting prices are not a fixed quote or a maximum job price.
Questions before booking
Can you clean just one chair?
Yes, subject to material suitability. The minimum service order is $135 even when an individual item has a lower starting price. Ask about combining pieces during the same visit.
Can I book without knowing the fabric?
Send a photo of the furniture and your ZIP code. We confirm suitability before treating the item.
Do you clean wall-to-wall carpet too?
No. We clean furniture and suitable area rugs at your home. Wall-to-wall carpet is outside our services.
