Interior cleaning with a defined scope
This service covers the vehicle interior only. Seat upholstery, accessible floor fabric or removable mats, and other interior surfaces are assessed according to material and condition. Tell us whether you need a specific seat cleaned or a broader interior job. An upholstery quote does not automatically mean every interior surface is included.
What your photos should show
Include the front and rear seats, the footwells and the areas with stains or pet hair. Tell us the vehicle type, number of seating rows and whether surfaces are fabric or leather. Child seats, electronics, headliners and sensitive trim need separate attention; we do not promise extraction on every component.
Odor needs a history, not just a fragrance
Explain smoke, food spills, pet accidents or moisture problems and what has already been tried. Cleaning accessible surfaces can improve odor, but contamination under trim or in inaccessible areas may remain. We do not promise complete odor removal or use a perfume cover-up as proof that the source has gone.
Prepare a usable work area
Empty personal belongings and rubbish from the agreed areas before the visit. Describe parking restrictions, stairs or other access issues so we can confirm a suitable setup. Allow cleaned seating and fabric to dry before routine use. Exterior washing, paint correction, engine cleaning and vehicle repairs are not part of this service.

Questions before booking
Do you wash the outside of the car?
No. LUX provides interior cleaning only. Exterior detailing and paint work are outside this service.
Is this a full interior detail?
We can quote a broader interior job, but the included surfaces must be agreed from your photos. A seat-cleaning quote is not an automatic full-detail package.
Can I drive as soon as you finish?
Discuss the appointment timing with us. Cleaned seats and fabric need to dry before normal use, and drying depends on the material and conditions.
