Area rugs only, at your home
Our rug service is for movable area rugs, not installed wall-to-wall carpet. We do not collect rugs, run a drop-off shop or take them to a wash facility. If your rug needs specialist immersion washing, repair or off-site care, we explain that on-site cleaning may not be the right match.
Material, backing and floor matter
Send a photo of the entire rug, its label, backing and stains. Include dimensions and whether it sits on wood, tile or another surface. Synthetic everyday rugs, delicate fibers, unstable dyes and older backing require different assessments. We do not assume that a rug can be safely wet-cleaned just because it looks durable.
Agree on protection and access first
Tell us about the rug pad, furniture standing on the rug and any restriction on moving pieces. We confirm an appropriate way to access the agreed area and protect the floor. Do not lift heavy furniture or roll a damp rug without discussing the work; access and drying need to be planned for your room.
Pet odor and lasting stains
Accessible soil and stains can improve with suitable cleaning. Contamination that has reached the backing, pad or floor can require more than cleaning the visible rug surface. Dye bleed, fading, wear and old stains may remain. We assess likely results and avoid guaranteeing a complete odor cure from an on-site clean.
Pricing and a visit that fits your needs
The minimum service order is $135. Send all requested items together so we can confirm suitable work and the total price. Package starting rates apply to eligible work, with size, material and treatments assessed individually.
| Option | Starts at | How it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Essential item rate | $79 | Per-item starting rate. A separate visit still has a $135 minimum order. |
| Home Revival | $199 | Eligible multi-piece work, with scope and treatments confirmed by photo. |
| Full Restore | $349 | Larger agreed work. Multiple pieces and add-ons are quoted; no unlimited items. |
Final price varies with size, material, condition, treatment and access. Starting prices are not a fixed quote or a maximum job price.
Questions before booking
Do you take rugs away to clean them?
No. Area rugs are cleaned at your home only. There is no pickup, drop-off or off-site rug washing.
Do you clean installed carpet?
No. Wall-to-wall carpet is outside our services.
Can you clean wool, silk or antique rugs?
Suitability must be assessed from the label, condition and dye stability. Delicate rugs may need an off-site specialist rather than our on-site service.
