Synthetic and everyday rugs such as polypropylene, nylon and blends clean up well in place. For delicate wool, silk or antique rugs we inspect and colorfast-test first, and we will tell you honestly if on-site cleaning is not the right fit.
Most pet odor and surface staining improves a lot with enzyme pre-treatment and extraction. Urine that has soaked through into the backing or the pad underneath can need more than a surface clean, so we set expectations before we start.
